Part time – 25 Hours per week
JOB SUMMARY
We are currently recruiting for a PR Assistant to join our team, based in Birmingham City Centre. The successful candidate will be assisting in PR activities for our business and our clients.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to work on the planning & implementation of impactful PR campaigns.
Core Duties
Liaise with clients in a professional manner
Work collaboratively with clients and colleagues in order to devise press materials
Monitor, evaluate & report on media coverage
General Duties
Adhere to company processes, policies, and procedures, particularly GDPR data protection legislation and health and safety best practices around social distancing.
Act as a point of contact for external enquiries and communication
Work in a way which celebrates diversity in practice, programmes, and projects
Act as a positive advocate of the company at all times
Carry out any other reasonable duties as required and agreed with your line manager
SKILLS NEEDED
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent Writing skills
Computer Literate
Efficient and good time keeping, being able to work to deadlines
Have a strong interest in Public Relations
Ambitious
Creativity
Confident and possess a can do attitude
Organised and reliable
Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Due to Covid-19, this role is currently a work from home position.
This role is subject to Government Kickstart guidelines.
Part-time hours: 25 hours per week
Salary: £8.36-£8.91 per hour
